The first challenge I'm having is understanding what the approximate prices all for all of these boats I'm looking at. Besides the used market, can you guys help me out in finding out what they will cost around?

My budget is around 40k. I don't want to spend much more than. Alumacraft was a bit less expensive than the Crestliner but what ultimately sold me was the welded hull of the Crestliner compared to the riveted hulls of Alumacraft, Lund. I did find that the Lund brand was quite a bit more than the Alumacraft and the Crestliner was somewhere ogod the middle.
