An hour's cruise with fab festive music playing for the duration Santa and Rudolph 'land' on the top deck of the boat and Santa then hands out pressies to the kids. There is time after this for colouring, handing lists to Santa and face painting.

Thoroughly enjoyable for adults and kids alike. Already looking forward to next year! My little girl loved the extra activities colouring, writing a list, face painting and especially the jingle bells to sing along to the song which she also got to take home!

We were pleasantly surprised to find a river cruise still going in the middle of November - not a case of whether we would get a seat but whether they would have enough numbers to run it.

The round trip was about 40 minutes as advertised and the captain was amusing and quite witty with his comments. The two things they cannot control are the weather and the views and whilst the scenery isn't stunning you do get a different perspective from the river. Credit to them for running it in November and it is well worth giving it a go. Thank you so much for joining us and braving one of our sailings in November, we really do appreciate you taking the time to write a review.

We are even running sailings in December, our brand new Bishopthorpe Palace Christmas Cruise, we hope to see you again next year when the weather is much warmer. Took a walk near the Kings Arms pub near the bridge and saw the river cruise was in so decided to take a trip down the Ouse. It was a dry but very cold afternoon but we still decided to sit at the top so we could see the sights. Lots of historical sights to see and nice friendly staff onboard.

There was also a fully stocked bar that also stocked hot drinks and light refreshments with two clean toilets downstairs. It was funny going by the pubs with the locals in who all waved to us, so of course I waved back lol. It was very popular and a must trip to do while in York to see the sights by the river.

Thank you so much for taking the time to join us for a cruise on the Ouse and for your 5 star review, we really do appreciate you coming on board especially on a cold afternoon, we certainly hope you can join us again, maybe on a warm sunny afternoon with a cold drink in hand.
