He made no attempt to see if he could locate a boat for me to purchase. When I returned home, a 75 mile drive, I went online and found a site where I could order a boat from Sun Tracker, via the Internet. I submitted my information and was connected to a phone line where I received the message indicating that someone would call me if I left my name and phone number.

I did so. I did not receive a call back that day, nor the next day. I placed a call to customer service of the sun tracker company, and spoke to a nice person named Irene. She said she would transfer me to the build crew and did so. When the phone picked up I received a recorded message, the same message I received when I attempted to order one online, which indicated that someone would call me back if I left my name and phone number.

I still have not received contact from anyone remotely related to Sun tracker boats. I cannot imagine why it is so difficult to purchase a boat from your company! Working in a customer service industry myself, it leaves me wondering how well your company stands behind their product, with such a poor response in standing in front of it. I really would like to hear from someone.
