The first time I put it in the lake it leaked 10 gallons of water into the boat. I called the boathouse they said bring it back I did take it. They did not fix the leak they said they could not find one. I asked them if they put the boat in the water. The dealer said no. I asked him what can he do to fix the leak. He said we can't find it. I contacted Triton they would not make the dealer fix the boat. I had to have the whole lower transom of my Triton rewelded when cracks appeared in the hull.
Triton refused to pay for it, despite their so-called lifetime hull warranty. They use cheap steel seat plates on the deck under the carpet where you cant see them. They rust and will break. My seat collapsed on me, throwing me into the lower part of the boat, nearly killing me. Triton refused to pay or do anything.
It is mid-November and still no seats. I have a 24' Performer, a few months after I bought I would stay away from Triton aluminum boats.
