I tried to get good pics of the set up. The boat should not sit on the rear roller, that's just to guide the bow when loading and launching. Improper trailer setup can cause all kinds of hull problems, and yours is definitely not setup properly. It should not be resting on the rollers once properly on the trailer. Not properly supported on the bunks can cause the hull to convex, basically put a rocker in it. That whole winch setup looks odd to me. It's set too far back, which is why the boat is sitting on the roller - the whole boat is too far back on the trailer.
Plus the winch itself is well above the eye on the bow. I'd take it to a trailer shop where they can assess whether or not they can customize it to fit your boat, or if you'd be better off getting another trailer. How is your tongue weight, it should be - pounds? If the boat is sitting too far back, the tongue is going to be too light, if too far forward, too heavy. Does, your winch have the lifting arm that lifts the front of the boat a couple of inches when it's winched all the way to the stop?
That helps take some of the weight off the hull and more evenly distribute it on the bunks. As Glenn suggested, you need to have a professional look at it and set it up properly. There is no way someone can tell you how to do it without being there to see exactly how it's sitting and how the weight is being distributed. It doesn't look like a transom saver would work on the trailer no matter where the boat is, the roller is set back so far from the trailer frame, where the lower part of the saver would mount?
Might have to use the other style of saver, the ones that wedge between the mound and the driveshaft housing. Yeah, this looks almost dangerous. The front portion of the keel of your boat should rest against the front roller above your winch. However, your roller, or whatever that is, appears to be extended back about 12 inches from the winch to meet the boat.
Also, even if the front roller were by the winch, I am not sure you have enough rail and bunk support under the boat to support the front half if it were pulled that far forward. What did you do, reload it centered on the trailer, because after looking again, it looks like you just missed getting it loaded properly when you took it out of the water.
